It's primary function is to support voluntary, community and faith sector representation on the district partnership, including its thematic subgroups and geographic priority neighbourhood improvement groups, who work around priorities set out in local regeneration plans. It also allows the sector to come together to network and to present itself as a body with which other organisations can consult on geographical issues.

The Membership of this Forum is Flexible!

We know it’s not easy for voluntary, community and faith groups to meet the demands of the numerous meetings which take place both locally and across the city. for this reason your level of involvement is up to you! Obviously we would like to see well attended forums where productive work is carried out but don’t let your inability to commit to attending every meeting deter you from getting involved. you can still be on the mailing list for minutes!
