South Leeds District Partnership commissioned Leeds Voice to design and deliver a 'resident involvement initiative' in order to help them allocate a pot of capital money from the Intensive Neighbourhood Management budget.
Between July and December of 2006 Leeds Voice delivered training in Participatory appraisal Community Research Methods to 20 South Leeds residents.
The trained researchers then led the Community Experts Research Project which collated perceptions and priorities of neighbourhoods within Belle Isle, Middleton, Hunslet Hall Road, the Normantons, Holbeck and Beeston Hill. |
