It is a guide to the maze that is strategy, partnership working and decision making in Leeds. The workshops that make up pREParation are short, snappy and practical giving you the information, knowledge and skills needed to get involved in decision making.

Whether you’re a representative on a board, involved in decision making, working at strategic or grass roots level, or just trying to get involved, pREParation training can put you and your organisation ahead of the game.

Are you a statutory organisation working in partnership with the VCFS? Do you need an important insight to how the sector works and how to better work together? Then come along too as see what it's all about.

The training is split into four bite sized units split over five half days. Although you will receive maximum benefit from the course by completing all four units, we want it to be as accessible and relevant to you as possible. If you feel only one or two units are relevant to your work please feel free to attend only those.
