The Strategy Team is responsible for delivering the key priorities of the VCFS Strategy Group, the Strategic Forums and their focus groups.
The team's focusses on organisations that are delivering services within the theme of their own forum; Childeren and Young Peoples Services, Childrens Workforce Development & Health which all feed into the VCFS Strategy Group.
Each forum is a key to providing consultation and involvement, representation and channels of communication the the sector.
The agenda for our representatives and members will include commissioning, diversified funding methods, consortia and equal partnership working, sustainability, delivery and contribution to theLeeds Strategic Plan and other key delivery plans for the sector and, of course, consultation.
The Team is managed by Jeannette Morris-Boam, who also coordinates the Children & Young Peoples Services Forum.
