Contracts Register - Download the latest version

The contracts register has details of a selection of contracts  for works, goods and services currently funded by Leeds City Council valued above £10,000 which are due to come to an end in the next twelve months and which the Third Sector may be interested in bidding for if they are re-commissioned.
The information in the register comes directly from the Alito SCMS (Supplier Contract Management System) which is the electronic tendering system used by the Council. The information is available to any organisation registered on the system but has never been published in a Register format before. It is hoped that organisations accessing the register will become aware of potential commissioning opportunities earlier than the notification of a tender, giving them time to prepare for the process and consider whether consortia or partnership bids would be beneficial.

Included in the register in the contract title, the start and end dates of the contract, the contract value and which member of Leeds City Council staff has responsibility for the management of the contract. Contact details have been included so that organisations can find out more details about specific contracts they may be interested in.
