The Extended Services Team exists to advise and support schools in their development of extended activities and services. They;

• Work in partnership with schools to assist them to develop extended provision
• Work with other partners across the city to promote and enhance effective extended schools and services
• Provide information about new developments
• Provide contacts and links to assist schools
• Work with the City Council and other services to develop a co-ordinated response to Every Child Matters and to support the implementation of the Children and Young People's Plan.
