The Compact Implementation Group (CIG) is made up of representatives from the voluntary, community and faith sectors (VCFS), the city council, health, education, the police, the Leeds Initiative and an elected member .

Embedding the principles of leadership in the voluntary sector, the group is chaired by the Director of Leeds Voice. Through six-weekly meetings, an implemented action plan, events, training and team collaboration, the group strives to integrate the Compact throughout the sectors and structures in Leeds

A communications sub-group was set up this year, primarily focused on promoting the Compact throughout the different partners, providing material to support it, having a visible web presence and driving forward the communications plan.
