The Effective Use of Resources Code of Practice has recently been revised as the Commissioning Code of Practice

The document sets out partner and voluntary, community and faith sector responsibilities around commissioning arrangements, funding principles, a funding checklist and a set of definitions.

All of which will be adopted under the Compact by all whom are signed up to it.

The consultation period has now ended and the final document is due out in the spring.
